Our Service Plans
Frequencies Offered: We provide flexible scheduling to meet insurance and personal needs, offering Bi-Weekly or Ten-Day visits.
A: To ensure your home is genuinely protected, we do not offer monthly checks.
Many homeowners insurance policies explicitly require a professional property inspection every 10 to 14 days for a home to be considered adequately monitored while vacant. Furthermore, catastrophic issues like frozen pipes, mold outbreaks, or a failed sump pump can completely destroy a property within a 30-day window. Our bi-weekly and 10-day intervals are recommended to help protect your insurance compliance and catch small issues before they become disasters.
A: Our pricing is structured to ensure your property receives precise, professional home checks while you are away. We offer standalone exterior monitoring as well as three structured service tiers based on the frequency of our visits (offered every 10 days or bi-weekly):
Note: All new service agreements require a one-time Onboarding & Setup Fee, which covers our initial comprehensive in-home property mapping, utility line/breaker identification, and the creation of your custom digital checklist.
A: We proudly serve the affluent communities of the Pittsburgh North area (including Cranberry, Wexford, and Zelienople). To ensure we remain highly reliable while managing travel times between the North Hills' spread-out neighborhoods, our base rates include all travel within a 15-mile operational radius of our central hub.
For properties located outside of our immediate 10-mile service boundary, a per-visit travel surcharge is applied to cover mileage and the extended travel time required to reach your home.
