• Interior Check: Main walkthrough only. Visible leaks around main water lines, water heater, ceilings, and under sinks. Thermostat check to ensure HVAC is running.
• Exterior Check: Visual check for storm damage, roof/gutter condition from the ground, forced entry points (doors/windows), and mail/flyer collection.
• Reporting: Standard digital report sent after each visit.

Best for: Mid-sized single-family homes (2,000 to 4,000 sq. ft.). This is generally your most popular and recommended tier.

• Frequency:   Bi-weekly visits (twice a month) or every 10 days (three times a month). 
• Interior Check: Comprehensive walkthrough. Testing every single faucet, flushing all toilets (to keep traps full and prevent sewer gas), checking breaker panels, security system status.
• Exterior Check: Full perimeter walk, checking all window/door, verifying landscaping maintenance crews are doing their jobs, and looking for pest activity.
• Reporting: Detailed digital report with photos of key areas.

Best for: Homes over 4,000 sq. ft., properties with complex systems (multiple HVAC zones, smart home tech), or high-end luxury properties.

• Frequency: Bi-weekly visits (twice a month) or every 10 days (three times a month). 
• Interior & Exterior Check: Complete deep-dive of the property. Checking multi-zone HVAC systems, basement sump pumps, backup generators, wine cellars, and smart home health.
